Independence Day!

Independence Day as known as the Fourth of July is a important holiday in the United States of America. This day celebrates the adoption of the Declaration of Independence Day on July 4th in 1776 from the United Kingdom of Great Britain. 


The first celebration of this day was in Philadelphia in 1777, with fireworks, traditional speeches, picnics, parades and like so on. However, the largest fireworks display was in New York City, with more than 22 tons of pyrotechnics exploded!!! 

This day is celebrated with fireworks, picnics, parades and like so on. I think the way to celebrate this day didn't change so much. I discored that on this day people use red, blue and white clothes. I have never been in United States on this day, so I am not sure if it's true, however I believe so.


I know that is gonna happen a display of fireworks in SF at 9:30pm. I found out the best places to see the fireworks are in around the Pier 39, Aquatic Park, Cannery.

Fireworks in the Golden Gate Bridge!

These are my photos and two short videos of fireworks at Golden Gate Bridge Anniversary! I just have two words to describe that moment: simply unforgettable! 

Golden Gate Bridge 75 Anniversary!

Tomorrow is Golden Gate Bridge 75 Anniversary! 
Do you know the reason of this name!? Golden Gate is the name of the division between the Pacific Ocean and SF Bay Area! This strait is also known like North America Strait! Looking at the first picture you can see that.
Did you know that the Golden Gate Bridge (GGB) has been declared one of the modern  wonders of the world?! YES, by the American Society of Civil Engineers, GGB is one of the wonders of the modern world! Now, you have another reason to appreciate that! 
Would you like to riddle what is the bridge most photographed in the world!? You got right if you had answered GGB! I can't imagine this fact, I mean, I live so close one of the most photographed, and possibly the most beautiful, bridges in the world! I can't have notion about that!
It's on the list of Landmarks in SF and on the List of Historic Civil Engineering Landmarks!
Tomorrow, there will have fireworks to celebrate the anniversary! It will start at 9:30 pm and it will end at 9:50 pm. I read that the fireworks will be possible to see since pier 39.

April Fool's Day!

April Fool's Day is when the people say some lies to others! When this fun started, nobody knows, yet in whole world is commemorated. There is trace that this date arose when the date of New Year was changed. Originally, this was celebrated between March 25th to April 1st, then it was changed to January 1st. In that period there weren't cellphones, internet, social media and some people didn't known about that change and continued to celebrate the New Year on April 1st. These people were the object of sarcasm and the others people said them some lies.

In different countries this day is named and celebrated in different ways, for exemple, in England is noodle, in França is april fish, in United States is fool...

Do you know why in France who believe in lies is called fish?! The name "fish" was chose because in April many fishes are born and in this month is too easy get fishes; because of that who is deceived on April 1st is "easy to get".

One Month!

Hi,

This blog is one month old exactly today! You may be asking yourself “this blog is only one month old and she is already celebrating?” My answer is yeah! I’m celebrating because my life changed so much in one month. Because if I was never created this blog, I wouldn’t be as happy as I am now. I remembered the moment who my father told me: “daughter, create a blog for you, it wil be very nice!”. That moment I thought: never! I thought that If I created a blog, it would be without subject. I thought to keep a blog was so boring... but I was wrong!

I love my blog!

I thought about “why do I like this blog so much?”
Because write my experiences and my feelings is so cool! I recommend: create a blog and write a lot.

My message is: change your routine, try new things... you may not like but you may like so much. If you never try, you will never know.

I changed my routine and it is being wonderful!

Saint Patrick's Day!!!

Saint Patrick is Ireland saint and this day is celebrated on Catholic Church, the Anglican Communion, the Eastern Orthodox Church and Lutheran Church. That day is a religion holiday in the Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, Newfoundland and Labrador, Montserrat, Great Britain, Canada, the United States, Argentina, Australia, New Zealand and others. This celebrated is on 17 March and the mains features are shamrock, attire greens, alcoholic beverage  and church services.
In Chicago, every year on Saint Patrick's Day some boats put a green paint in a river. During some hours, the river becomes green. Since 1961 the river is painted on SPD and the organizers say there isn't any environment problem.
Saint Patricks used shamrock to explain how Holy Trinity could gather three god to only one god.
